First aid training in English for your team
Bring practical first aid training to your workplace in a language your team understands. Novaura offers English-language in-house training for companies. Tell us about your team and the training you need so we can discuss the suitable format, location and arrangements.

Training organised around your company
This English-language offer is for companies arranging an in-house session for their staff. It gives an international team a shared setting in which to learn, practise and ask questions about first aid.
The training takes place at the company or another agreed suitable venue. Let us know where your team is based and what you want the training to achieve. Availability and the practical arrangements are discussed for your request.
Choose basic training or a refresher
Basic first aid training and refresher training address different starting points. Tell us whether participants are learning first aid for the first time or refreshing their existing knowledge, and whether they are intended to act as workplace first aiders.
The standard basic and refresher formats described in the DGUV guidance each comprise nine teaching units of 45 minutes, with breaks in addition. The specific course and schedule are agreed as part of the offer. If your team needs a particular type of certificate, discuss its intended use before arranging the training.
Practise together, with room for questions
Practical exercises are an essential part of first aid training. Participants can try out first aid skills under guidance and discuss situations they may encounter in everyday life and at work.
English-language delivery helps participants follow explanations and take part in the exercises. When making your request, tell us about the team’s language needs and any relevant workplace context. This helps us discuss an appropriate training arrangement.
Plan the session at your premises
A suitable room needs to allow both explanations and practical exercises. Rather than assuming a standard group size or room layout, describe the space and the people who would attend. We can then discuss the organisational requirements for your request.
- Company location and the proposed training venue.
- Number of participants and whether basic or refresher training is needed.
- Language needs and previous training.
- Preferred dates and a contact for coordination.
Clarify fees and accident-insurance arrangements
Training fees and any additional costs should be clarified before a booking is confirmed. Where a German statutory accident insurance provider is involved, its applicable conditions need to be checked for the intended course.
English-language delivery or other individually agreed arrangements may involve costs outside the standard course-fee arrangements. Do not assume that every provider covers every charge. Tell us which accident insurance provider is relevant to your company so the applicable process can be discussed.
Request training for your team
Use the English-language inquiry form to describe your company, location, training needs and preferred dates. Your inquiry starts the discussion; it is not a confirmed booking.
